There's a really strange bug or problem with my account. As you can see, there are funds being held with a bot account. However, when I go to close or edit the bot, it doesn't appear on my web browser. I tried a different browser, using Microsoft Edge, and got the same result. Even when looking at my phone it shows no active bots running I've cleared my cache on both the app and web browsers and restarted them all. It still shows no bots running even though there's a bot with funds in the account.This seems like a massive problem/bug that hasn't been resolved in nearly a week, and I wonder how this could happen, and why there isn't a way to fix this?

Hello guys,Please, don’t deposit any assets into Kucoin. I was verified since day one when I signed in and all in order. Saturday I requested a withdraw and they started asking me for more documents without any sense.I provided the required info and they keep replying to me via email and chat to wait. This started to smell too fishy so I started doing my research. After 4 days, funds continue being halted. Same generic replies from Kucoin support saying my case is still under review per one of the teams.Before you think my case is a strange one that could have raised red flags, it’s not. Read this carefully, that is the thing I just told them:I only deposited and later changed my mind and wanted to withdraw. It’s almost 1 BTC when you let unverified users withdraw 5 BTC daily. Tell me what are those risks…I sent you the extra document with more data from me you requested, 3 days ago. Also, it’s important to mention that KYC pages or support pages don’t tell anything about this potential extra document in any place.I have been verified since day one with you. This is already been reported to the authorities of multiple countries, including Hong Kong. I even tried to cancel the withdraws and later do it again with smaller amounts as some people suggested to me. No luck neither, they don’t process my requests to cancel them.
