Datum Exchange Cash Giveaway Dispute, Customer Service Unreachable Causing Panic

Datum Exchange informed that the cash giveaway service for 2/28 had been paid for. However, as the deadline on 2/27 approached, customer service became unreachable and unresponsive. While other inquiries through different methods received some customer service interaction, any questions regarding the UID or the cash giveaway were met with no response or were deleted from message records.
