Unable to withdraw coins

Since July, they have been rejecting my request for withdrawal of coins. At first they said I had not completed the lease as scheduled. Then they said I had to pay a self-certification fee of $50,000. Then there was a further delay of 2 months on the pretext that I had not completed the premium certification. Now the excuse is that my credit level is too low to withdraw coins and I have to pay another 10% self-certification fee, which is really disgusting.
