The bank card is frozen after withdrawal. The platform cooperate with OTC merchant to scam customers

When I withdraw legal currency from this platform, my bank card is frozen by a doze of police institution. Then, I contact them on second day and they ask me to provide relevant document to provide my fund is legal, but the platform and merchant just tell me to wait. When I start to trade, the merchant promised that they will compensate in fully amount if there is a problem with fund. The customer service of the platform also said that the merchant will contact them for compensation. I trust them so I missed the best timing to unfreeze it. Now, my bank card is still frozen for more than 10 days. The fund might be deducted. The merchant said that they cannot contact the merchant and tell me to deal with it by myself.
