scam and unable to withdrawal

belem exchange has been blocked all withdrawal for 20 days. and without the permission of the users, only the assets of the users exchange into BEM currency and after this incident all bem currencies have been blocked and it doesn't allow the conversation of bem currencies to usdt for withdrawal
