With the gradual improvement of regulatory policies, the Seychelles cryptocurrency market is expected to be a magnet for more investors and businesses, thereby promoting economic development. In order to help investors have a more comprehensive understanding of Seychelles' cryptocurrency exchanges, WikiBit survey team decides to go to the country for on-site visits to local companies.

On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Seychelles to visit cryptocurrency exchange exness as planned according to its regulatory address that F20, 1st Floor, Eden Plaza, Eden lsland, Seychelles.

The investigators came to Eden Plaza in Mahé, the largest island of Seychelles, for a visit to the exchanges office on October 17, 2023, and located office F20 on the 1st floor. However, the office was occupied by “Sterling Trust & Fiduciary”, instead of exness, and there was no company name or logo of exness.

According to the relevant staff, exness had moved to the address that “Office 107, 1st Floor, Waterside Property Ltd, Eden Island, Mahe, Seychelles”. Upon arrival at the “Waterside Building”, a modern 3-storey commercial building, the survey personnel spotted a few restaurants on the ground floor with a passage to the marina and a lift to parking lot. In an absence of a directory, the investigation team managed to find exness office at the end of the passage through a thorough search. On the door of the office there was a piece of A4 sticky paper reading the company name and logo “exness” as well as its address, which suggests that unit 107 is occupied by Exness(SC) Ltd.

Based on the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the company has a presence in a different office nearby.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Seychelles to visit cryptocurrency exchange exness, and found the company at its regulatory address. This indicates that the company has a physical business office at the location. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following a comprehensive consideration.
