They demand payment of transaction fees upfront before withdrawal instead of deducting it directly from the balance. However, after the fee is paid, they immediately change the digital currency payment address and continue to state the withdrawal is processing. It's a scam trick.

Since March 11, 2025 when I made a withdrawal order to be transferred to my financial institution that withdrawal never showed up. In addition, I have an unable to log into the account since that date receiving a message that authentication had failed please try again. I have tried again no fewer than two dozen times. I have tried accessing the account with the forget password feature and have been unable to enter the verification code to change my password and enter the account. I have made several attempts at emailing with no response. I have made several attempts to communicate with customer service with no response.
