scam and unable to withdraw

Belem exchange has been blocked all its withdrawals for twenty days and without the permission of the users,all the assets of the users exchanged in to BEM currency and after this incident , all BEM currencies have been blocked and it dose not allow the conversion of BEM currency to USDT for withdrawal
