scam and unable to withdraw

Hello. Unfortunately, Belem Exchange blocked our assets without our permission. Then it blocked withdrawal permission and no one is allowed to withdraw from their account. Belem Exchange bought all assets in Belem currency without our permission, and we are not allowed to sell them, and it has blocked all money and assets. I am from I am suing Belem Exchange for fraud.
