提币收取个税，保证金，竟然提币时收币地址没到账。让客服提供txid，找各种理由推脱。后来提议走汇款通道，费用缴纳后，结果汇款没到账。说是被种国政府拦截，需要缴纳罚金，处理完成后才能到账。拒绝缴纳就走司法程序了。各种变相的缴纳金，都在说处理完成后就会到账，一直以这句话敷衍
