I used dcoin for 6 month or more, than I finally had some luck. I was able to do a test-withdraw (just to test settings), but the real transaction was canceled. Since than (7 weeks now) I can do nothing. All I try answers with "please contact customer support" .. they have 3 or more mail addresses, I write weekly to all of them but never get an answer. And the little support chat tells me they can't help, its another department I should be patient, my account is under risk-control :( .. I guess it is there business-model to freeze your account when you want to get money out

Fraud platform. It required taxes, commissions and margins before withdrawal. Beware. I could not withdraw 100 USDT and my account was blocked.

I deposited from July 29, 2021 but was unable to withdraw. The customer service asked for 20% tax, otherwise my account would be blocked. So I borrowed money from my friend in order to pay the tax. Then it continued to asked for the commission and margins. I found it was a scam and they led me to deposit.

It led me to deposit but I lost all my investment.

It rejected withdrawal for many reasons.

You can withdraw coins if you lose, and your account can be frozen directly when you withdraw coins! Be careful everyone!

Please stay away from Dcoin. This platform don't approve profitable withdrawal. They withheld the commission and directly froze account. I cannot withdraw my principal!

Gold stocks cannot be traded at all and cannot be withdrawn. The transaction data are all fake. Please remind everyone not to invest to avoid being deceived!
