I withdrew once last month and it arrived within one or two hours. I applied for withdrawal yesterday afternoon this time, but it had not arrived till now. I contacted the customer service to ask what is going on, but it ask me to report id and inquiry for if once we talked about withdrawal. Then, it does not have any other responses whatever I say. I tried many times today, and it was all like this. Now, it shows that the fund is frozen and it is under the process of withdrawal. Obviously, it cannot be withdrawn.
