I would like to inform the okx authority to please assist me on this issue. I registered an account and bought usdt to grow and I used to check but sundenly the loaded app was just disconnected from the site, so I can't visit the site through the app again.I tried to update but instead another app was downloaded but I when I tried to login it was another thing entirely. I was asked to create another account . please help bcoz I have summited the address for withdrawing from another crypto site.

I'll add my voice to the myriad of other critical reviews here regarding Okx's customer service - it's effectively non-existent. I deposited crypto in the wallet but it was automatically transferred out without my consent. They said I can get back this crypto deposit, but I never got any crypto back. I will admit I was pretty suspect when I first started working with ＡｙｒＬＰ. However, their customer service has been nothing short of outstanding. They have been direct life lines to getting my accounts settled.
