Unable to withdraw
More than a month ago, I didn’t pay attention when I recharged. I chose the wrong chain and never received the account. The customer service said that it could be retrieved. I submitted the ticket. The technician didn’t answer positively every time, so I waited patiently. This is nearly a scam.

There is no reminder that you need a real name when deposit, and there is no reminder that you need a real name for withdrawal. Real name is required after withdrawal. I could withdraw in the past. Now it neither sends nor returns without real name, which is disgusting.
