Unable to withdraw
Bitbank had block my account and make me can’t log in my account. I had applied for wallet withdrawal but unfortunately doesn’t get any response and reply from customer service doesn’t care from the online platform or email. Felt that is a scam and insecure at all.

I write them to my blacklist.

It required taxes before withdrawal and blocked my account due to logging issues. The customer service did not reply me about the details.
