Gumamit ako ng dcoin sa loob ng 6 na buwan o higit pa, kaysa sa wakas ay nagkaroon ako ng swerte. Nakagawa ako ng test-withdraw (para lang sa mga setting ng pagsubok), ngunit nakansela ang totoong transaksyon. Since than (7 weeks now) wala na akong magagawa. Lahat ng sinusubukan kong sagot na may "mangyaring makipag-ugnay sa suporta sa customer" .. mayroon silang 3 o higit pang mga mail address, lingguhan akong sumusulat sa kanilang lahat ngunit hindi nakakatanggap ng sagot. At ang maliit na chat ng suporta ay nagsasabi sa akin na hindi sila makakatulong, ito ay isa pang departamento na dapat kong pagtiyagaan, ang aking account ay nasa ilalim ng kontrol sa peligro :( .. I used dcoin for 6 month or more, than I finally had some luck. I was able to do a test-withdraw (just to test settings), but the real transaction was canceled. Since than (7 weeks now) I can do nothing. All I try answers with "please contact customer support" .. they have 3 or more mail addresses, I write weekly to all of them but never get an answer. And the little support chat tells me they can't help, its another department I should be patient, my account is under risk-control :( .. I guess it is there business-model to freeze your account when you want to get money out
