Can PIEVERSE Finally Break Above $1 Again?

The post Can PIEVERSE Finally Break Above $1 Again? appeared first on Coinpedia Fintech News PIEVERSE is back knocking on the $1 door after surviving a brutal correction that looked ready to erase the entire late-April rally. Instead, buyers stepped in aggressively near the $0.37 to $0.47 demand zone, and suddenly the markets mood flipped from panic to “maybe this thing still has legs.” PIEVERSE Pushes AI Agents Into Messaging Apps Part of the attention comes from Pieverses flagship product, “The Purr-Fect Claw,” which sounds like a meme until you actually look at what it does. The platform lets users launch a Web3-native AI agent directly through apps like WhatsApp, Kakao, and Line. No wallets. No seed phrases. No complicated setup process that scares away normal humans. Instead, the AI agent manages its own wallet, executes transactions on-chain, and operates across major blockchains directly from chat applications people already use every day. Well, heres the kicker: simplifying crypto infrastructure has historically been one of the few things that actually drives adoption beyond the usual speculative crowd. Bullish Structure Still Holding Firm Technically, PIEVERSE still looks constructive despite the volatility. After peaking near $1.65 in late April, the token corrected sharply before stabilizing inside the broader demand zone. Now

With $87m net profit in 2025, Gurhan Kizilozs Nexus International posts its strongest year yet

Nexus International reports record financial results under founder Gurhan Kizilozs independent ownership.Nexus International reported $264M revenue and $124M EBITDA without venture capital or public funding.Founder-owned gaming group Nexus achieved strong profitability with a reported 47% EBITDA margin.Gurhan Kizilozs Nexus model challenges the belief that gaming scale requires institutional backing. In an industry where scale is typically equated with institutional backing, Gurhan Kiziloz has built a counter-example. Nexus International, the gaming group he founded and wholly owns, has reported its strongest financial year to date, $264 million in Gross Gaming Revenue, $87 million in net profit, $124 million in EBITDA, and $1.2 billion in platform inflows. The performance has been achieved without venture capital, without private equity, and without the institutional governance structures that typically accompany operations at this scale. The results invite examination of what the founder-controlled model produces when it functions effectively. The conventional wisdom holds that scaling a gaming operation to billion-dollar inflows requires institutional capital, broad shareholder bases, and the governance overhead that accompanies them. Public listings provide currency for acquisitions. Venture capital underwrites customer acquisition during the unprofitable phase. Private equity sponsors operational discipline through portfolio management. Nexus International has done none of this and reached the same scale tier

Strategy’s STRC Hits Record $1.5B Daily Trading Volume

Strategy‘s perpetual preferred stock, STRC, the company’s primary vehicle for funding its Bitcoin purchases in 2026, hit a new daily trading volume record of $1.5 billion on Thursday. “All-time high volume. $1.53B of liquidity,” chairman Michael Saylor said, referring to Strategys Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock. Stretch offers investors an 11.5% dividend without requiring the company to dilute common shares. According to the STRC.live tracker, the company could, in theory, raise an estimated $735.4 million from Thursdays performance to purchase 9,066 Bitcoin (BTC). However, theres no guarantee that Strategy will make a Bitcoin purchase based on the funds raised by Stretch. Strategy has now purchased 56,770 Bitcoin since April and 101,147 Bitcoin since March, accelerating its pace after a slower-than-usual February. Perpetual preferred stocks have become a popular tool for Bitcoin treasuries to purchase more Bitcoin, particularly during the current bear market, when raising capital via senior convertible notes and at-the-market equity offerings has become more difficult. During Strategys Q1 earnings call on May 5, Saylor said the company is aiming to build Stretch into the “biggest credit instrument in the world,” while other Bitcoin treasuries have adopted similar strategies. One of those companies is Strive, which announced on Thursday that investors of its Variable

United Kingdom: Leadership race shapes fiscal outlook – TD Securities

TD Securities‘ James Rossiter and Julie Ioffe argue that Prime Minister Starmer is likely to be replaced by late September, with Labour’s leadership race centering on Burnham, Streeting, Rayner and Miliband. They expect Labour to shift left over time, with higher spending and taxes, possible defence-rule carve‑outs, but no early general election before at least 2028. Starmer exit path and Labour policy mix “Our long-held base case view that PM Starmer would be replaced this summer is now playing out. Candidates are lining themselves up for a leadership race, likely to be launched in late June. Its the start of a slow end for Starmer.” “The end result is that the Labour party is likely to shift to the left. Even if the party sticks to the fiscal rules, it‘s likely that both spending and taxes rise, and borrowing may rise if defence spending is carved out. However, we don’t expect a general election to be called before 2028 at the earliest.” “While any leadership contender will continue to stress the importance of Labour‘s fiscal rules, it’s clear they will want to put their own stamp on the policy (Chancellor Reeves will almost certainly be replaced when Starmer goes). A candidate further on the

Ethereum Network Registers Strongest Profit Realization In Weeks — What This Means

Ethereum is showing a notable shift in on-chain behavior, as the network records its strongest wave of profit realization in weeks. After a period of steady accumulation and price recovery, a growing number of holders are now locking in gains. The spike reflects a meaningful shift in on-chain behavior as more investors move into profitable territory once again. What Rising Realized Profits Reveal About Ethereum Market Sentiment In a recent X post, Santiment Intelligence revealed that Ethereum has recorded its highest level of network realized profit in the past three weeks, with approximately $74.58 million in gains locked in. This surge in profit-taking comes as ETHs price has declined 5.5% over the last three days, creating a seemingly counterintuitive market dynamic. Currently, holders with a much lower cost are selling into the dip. A significant number of investors accumulated ETH when it traded below $2,000 during February and March, a period when savvy traders also accumulated, despite war fears and macro uncertainty across the crypto market. Traders who bought aggressively during those weaker conditions are still holding strong unrealized gains even after the current mid-May correction. As a result, some of those wallets are now choosing to secure profits while market conditions remain relatively

Lead U.S. Economist Michael Gapen, along with his research team, maintains that a recession is not on the horizon. However, their analysis reveals an economy marked by significant disparities. Business investment in artificial intelligence technology is providing the primary momentum. At the same time, American households face mounting pressure from escalating energy expenses. Economic Expansion Projections Amid Oil Market Turbulence The investment bank anticipates U.S. real GDP will expand by 2.3% throughout 2026, followed by 2.6% growth in 2027. Intel (INTC) Stock Plunges 6% Amid AI Chip Market Bubble Concerns

Advanced Micro Devices declined 3.4% while Arm Holdings retreated 4.4% during the same trading period. The three chipmakers have experienced remarkable appreciation in recent months, driven by investor enthusiasm around AI infrastructure expansion fueling chip demand. Intel has delivered extraordinary returns, climbing more than 400% over the trailing twelve months — a performance that naturally invites closer examination from market observers. Michel Lerner, head of HOLT at UBS, published research cautioning that markets may be overextending on artificial intelligence optimism. “There is a risk that markets are running too hot on the AI story,” Lerner stated. He characterized Aprils U.S. equity price movement as a 2.8 standard deviation occurrence when measured against the past quarter-century. The investment bank observed that AI semiconductor companies are projected to achieve approximately 30% cash flow return on investment (CFROI) during the current year. While impressive, historical precedent suggests caution — only 20% of companies sustaining such returns maintain them a decade later. “Markets are assuming that the lifecycle of AI firms is different to all other companies historically and that they are immune to normal competitive dynamics,” Lerner cautioned. Server Market Share Erosion Continues Beyond broader sector concerns, Intel faces mounting competitive pressure. Recent UBS analysis documented Intel‘s continued server

TRUMP token price drop after Trump Mobile T1 shipping update

A fresh TRUMP token price drop followed what should have calmed investors: confirmation that Trump Mobiles delayed T1 smartphone is finally close to shipping. Instead of lifting sentiment, the update appeared to deepen market doubts, pushing the token down about 5% after the company said the handset would begin going out to customers. That reaction stood out because the news itself sounded upbeat. Trump Mobile posted that the T1 phone had arrived, said pre-order customers would receive an update email, and added that phones start shipping this week. Still, traders treated the moment less like a launch milestone and more like a reality check. The backdrop helps explain why. TRUMP had already been under pressure for months, and the latest move leaves the token nearly 90% below its earlier peak levels. In other words, this was not a healthy market briefly shaken by mixed messaging. It was a weak market that took a shipment update as another reason to stay cautious. TRUMP token falls on shipping updateMarket reaction to the Trump Mobile T1 phone The immediate headline was simple: TRUMP fell around 5% after Trump Mobile confirmed the T1 phone was about to ship. The decline turned a product update into a market signal,

CME and NYSE Push for U.S. Regulatory Oversight of Hyperliquid

The HYPE token had surged as much as 20% yesterday after Coinbase and Circle announced a new partnership with Hyperliquid. As CoinGape reported, Coinbase will become the official USDC treasury deployer for the DEX platform. Meanwhile, the CME and NYSEs push for U.S. regulation of Hyperliquid comes as the Perp DEX continues to gain market share with its 24/7 derivatives platform. Notably, the DEX has its HIP-3 markets, which enable traders to trade traditional assets such as stocks and commodities, which the CME and NYSE offer. The move from these TradFi giants has drawn a reaction from members of the crypto community, who have indicated that they are simply looking to attack the competition. On-chain sleuth ZachXBT noted that it was interesting that the NYSE only has an issue with Hyperliquid but not with Polymarket. This came as he highlighted the NYSEs stake in Polymarket. “Never mind, it all makes sense now,” he concluded. Hyperliquid is also in competition with Polymarket as the Perp DEX recently rolled out the HIP-4 upgrade on mainnet, which enables the creation of outcome markets. Bitwise HYPE ETF Goes Live The Bitwise Hyperliquid ETF has gone live amid the move from the CME and NYSE. In a press release, the

Markets raise odds for Federal Reserve rate hike after inflation report

The rate cut party that markets spent all of 2024 anticipating has officially been uninvited. Fresh inflation data has pushed traders to price in something that seemed unthinkable just months ago: the Federal Reserve might actually raise interest rates. US headline CPI climbed to 3.8% year-over-year in April, hitting a nearly three-year high. Paired with March‘s PCE reading, the Fed’s preferred inflation gauge, showing headline inflation at 3.5% and core PCE at 3.2%, the picture becomes harder to ignore. The pivot from pivot Market predictions currently indicate a 44% chance of a Fed rate hike before July 2027. Perhaps more telling, traders see no cuts happening before that date either. Chicago Fed President Austan Goolsbee has acknowledged that rate hikes are now on the table as a policy option. Thats notable because Goolsbee has generally been considered one of the more dovish voices on the Federal Open Market Committee. The shift represents a complete reversal from where markets stood entering 2024, when futures were pricing in as many as six rate cuts. Oil, geopolitics, and the inflation feedback loop The inflation resurgence isnt happening in a vacuum. Energy prices have surged due to geopolitical tensions stemming from conflict involving Iran, sending oil costs higher and creating the
