According to publicly available information, the field visit was conducted at the disclosed office address of Coinbase:1-6-5 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan.

Upon arrival at the location, it was confirmed that the address is located in the Marunouchi area of central Tokyo, directly adjacent to Tokyo Station, one of the citys major business hubs. The surrounding area is commercially vibrant, with numerous international companies, financial institutions, and premium commercial facilities nearby. The building itself is a high-end office property with excellent architectural standards and well-maintained public facilities.

After entering the building lobby, the environment was observed to be clean and professionally managed, with corporate directories and building information displays available. However, after checking the building directory, no company name, brand logo, or office information related to Coinbase was found.

Further inspection revealed that the 7th floor associated with the disclosed address is operated as a WeWork shared office space rather than a dedicated Coinbase office. Due to the nature of the shared office environment, it was not possible to verify specific tenant information. In addition, no Coinbase company logo, reception area, or dedicated office space was identified, making it impossible to confirm whether Coinbase actually operates from this location.

No valid evidence confirming Coinbases physical office presence was obtained during the inspection, and access to a specific office area for further verification was not possible. Based on the overall observations, although the building and address itself exist, the publicly disclosed office information for Coinbase does not fully correspond with the situation observed on site, and no evidence of actual operations was found.

Therefore, the field visit concluded that Coinbase does not exist at the above-mentioned address, and no real business premises were identified.
