Holding above this level could help preserve the broader bullish structure despite the ongoing cooldown phase. One of the more important technical developments is the approaching golden cross formation between the 50-day and 200-day moving averages. A golden cross occurs when the shorter-term moving average crosses above the longer-term moving average and is generally viewed as a bullish long-term trend reversal signal.
