THIEVES: They have stolen all of my son's savings without prior notice and without complying with the terms they agree to. All under the storage fee... more than €1,300 in one day as a fee. It has been reported legally. I would appreciate speaking to an agent and explaining that I did not receive a notification and that the fee is 0.003, not 0.033876, which is what that they have loaded on day 1 after 18 months. Can you please verify and rectify. I am not the only one who has had this happen, they do not comply with the policy they specify... 0.003 is not 0.03387. And we are not the only ones, there are many who have had this happen to them, they say they warn , they don't notify or anything and they take whatever commission they want
