Whitebit's interface is pretty user-friendly, but their customer support could use some work. Trading fees are decent, but withdrawal speed is a bit slow.
The interface of Bai Coin Exchange is really headache-inducing, it's so complicated that it's hard to understand. Moreover, their customer support service is also very poor, feedback on issues for half a day and no one responds.
