Aujourd'hui, je viens expliquer mon expérience insatisfaisante avec ThinkMarket depuis plus de huit mois pour résoudre le problème, mais ils ont rejeté toutes les demandes. J'ai contacté mon gestionnaire de compte plusieurs fois sans solution, et plus de 50 e-mails ont été envoyés. J'ai également contacté le support client.
Mon problème à ce moment-là était qu'il y avait une mise à jour dans leur application thinktrader et tous les clients étaient au courant de cela, donc j'ai passé des transactions et après l'ouverture des transactions, il a refusé de se fermer jusqu'à ce que le compte Margan soit atteint et j'ai des preuves de cela.
