Paulit-ulit akong humiling ng mga withdrawal ngunit hindi ko pa ito natatanggap. Mahigit tatlong buwan na at hindi pa nila binabalik ang mga tawag o email ko.

I have repeatedly requested withdrawals but have never received them. It has been more than three months and they have not returned my calls or emails.
