Compared with many Exchanges in East Asia, US Exchanges are subject to stricter supervision and it has the world's largest cryptocurrency Exchange, Coinbase. To help investors understand cryptocurrency Exchanges in the US more comprehensively, the survey team will go to the US for an on-site visit.

Survey Process

In this period, the survey team went to in Jersey City, New Jersey, USA to visit the cryptocurrency Exchange Voyager Digital. The address is 185 Hudson Street, Suite 2500 Jersey City, NJ.

The team members came to the destination, an office building located in the Hudson Street, Jersey City, New Jersey, USA. The building is a Grade A office building, surrounded by tall and bustling buildings. It is next to the light rail station Harborside, so the transportation is very convenient. 

The team members entered the building and found that the floor where Voyager Digital is located is a shared office that belongs to Ragus. The company also provides the registration address for new companies. The team members consulted with the building management staff and learned that Room 2500 does not belong to Voyager Digital.

Summary

The team members went to visit the cryptocurrency Exchange Voyager Digital in Jersey City, New Jersey, USA. It’s the shared office of Ragus at Voyager Digital’s publicly displayed address. Meanwhile, Ragus provides the service of registration address for companies, which means Voyager Digital doesn’t have a real business place, and it is just registered there. Investors shall stay prudent before choosing the Exchange.
