In order to help investors to get a more comprehensive understanding of the country's cryptocurrency exchanges, the survey team go to Japan for on-site visits.

On-site visit

In this issue, the investigation team went to Tokyo, Japan to visit the cryptocurrency exchange SEBC (Sakura Exchange BitCoin Co., Ltd.) as planned according to its registered regulatory address that No. 204, Yusei Fukushi Shinsaibashi Building, 3-11-18, Minamisenba, Chuo-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka Japan.

The investigation team arrived at the destination on February 28, 2023, where the Sakura Exchange BitCoin Co., Ltd. was located at the 2F of Yusei Fukushi Shinsaibashi Building, just 1-minute walking distance from the Exit 1 of Shinsaibashi Station. According to the on-site investigation, the comprehensive business center was equipped with offices, restaurants, post office, clinic, schools, etc.

After entering the building, the survey team arrived at the second floor and spotted the name of Sakura Exchange BitCoin Co., Ltd. But people were not allowed to enter the company to pay a special visit.

Conclusion

The survey personnel went to Tokyo, Japan to visit the cryptocurrency exchange SEBC as scheduled, and found the company’s name from the company directory at its registered regulatory address. Unfortunately, the survey personnel were not able to enter the company for a special visit, so the specific scale of its business is unknown. Investors are advised to make a sensible choice based on a comprehensive consideration.
