Solana (SOL) Overtakes XRP With $20 Million Upside on ETF Market

الملخص:Solana is outperforming XRP in recent ETF flows, posting about $33.49 million in daily net inflows versus XRP‘s $13.82 million—a roughly $19.67 million advantage. However, XRP still leads on the longer term, with $1.57 billion in cumulative ETF inflows and $1.44 billion in net assets, compared to Solana’s $1.22 billion and $1.21 billion. Both assets have broken out: Solana surged from the mid-$70s toward $100 and is testing that psychological level, while XRP recovered from about $1.00 to $1.48 and reclaimed its long-term moving average near $1.35. Both show overbought RSI readings—Solana around 87 and XRP near 80. The daily ETF edge is negligible relative to total market cap, so it is not the main driver, but stronger sustained flows could support Solanas breakout if it holds $89–$90 support. XRP retains the overall lead.

Solana has significantly outperformed XRP on the ETF market. Daily inflows of about $20 million, according to the most recent fund-flow data, certainly reflect the growing demand among institutional investors.

Two breakthrough, but different magnitude

As both assets attempt significant technical breakouts, the difference between them is certainly growing. In contrast to XRP, which only recorded $13.82 million in one-day net inflows, Solana products recorded roughly $33.49 million, according to the ETF data provided.

For the session, that puts SOL ahead by about $19.67 million. However, the longer-term data paint a more nuanced picture. Solana has about $1.22 billion in cumulative net inflows, whereas XRP ETFs have amassed about $1.57 billion.

Additionally, compared to Solana's $1.21 billion in ETF net assets, XRP has about $1.44 billion. Consequently, rather than winning the entire ETF race, Solana is winning the most recent round. Nevertheless, given SOL's price movement, current demand seems especially pertinent. Solana broke through its major moving averages and shot up from the mid-$70 range to about $100.

Most significantly, SOL is currently trying to establish itself above the psychologically significant $100 threshold after clearing the long-term average at $89.45. During the breakout, volume increased significantly, lending the move more legitimacy.

Is Solana getting exhausted?

The primary concern is momentum; SOL is significantly overbought as the daily RSI has risen to about 87. It is still possible for the price to continue moving toward $104–$108, but it becomes riskier to chase the move without consolidation. XRP has experienced a similarly remarkable comeback, going from about $1.00 to about $1.48.

Additionally, it has recovered its long-term moving average around $1.35, despite strong selling during an earlier wick toward $1.70. Overheated conditions are also indicated by an RSI close to 80. At a crucial technical juncture, the ETF numbers offer Solana an additional source of demand.

In light of the assets' total market capitalization, the $20 million daily advantage over XRP is negligible, so it should not be considered the primary driver of SOL's increase. However, Solana's most recent breakout will have much stronger foundations if it continues to attract stronger daily ETF flows while keeping $89–$90 as support. Though Solana currently has the momentum advantage, XRP still leads overall.
