標題：Ourbit 凍結了 6000 USDT，為期 365 天
2026年7月15日，我將 6000 USDT（TRC20）存入我的 Ourbit 帳戶。TronScan 上的交易記錄顯示成功，且已由超過 200 個區塊確認。
我完全沒有進行任何交易。2026年7月29日，Ourbit 將我的帳戶置於風險審查狀態，然後顯示「最終風險審查待處理，剩餘 281 天，總計 365 天」。現在已經過去 80 多天，沒有任何進展。
我提交了所有文件。客服只回覆模板「請耐心等待」。沒有電子郵件，也沒有給出任何理由。
我向 BVI FSC 投訴。BVI FSC 於 2026年10月3日回覆，Ourbit Holdings Ltd 未獲授權，且已於 2026年4月27日被除名/解散。
我要求 Ourbit 釐清是哪個法律實體持有我的資金，並立即釋放我的 6000 USDT。一家已解散的公司持有用戶資金 365 天是不能接受的。

Title: Ourbit froze 6000 USDT for 365 days
On 15 July 2026 I deposited 6000 USDT (TRC20) to my Ourbit account。 Transaction on TronScan shows SUCCESS and CONFIRMED by over 200 blocks.
I did ZERO trading. On 29 July 2026 Ourbit put my account under Risk Review and then showed Pending Final Risk Review 281 Days remaining, Total 365 Days. Now 80+ days passed, no progress.
I submitted all documents. Support only gives template reply "wait patiently". No email, no reason given.
I complained to BVI FSC. BVI FSC replied on 3 Oct 2026 that Ourbit Holdings Ltd is NOT licensed and was struck off/dissolved on 27 April 2026.
I request Ourbit to clarify which legal entity is holding my funds and release my 6000 USDT immediately. This is not acceptable for a dissolved company to hold user funds for 365 days.
