先生/女士，您好，我被叫去开设一个LUNO帐户并说我会被介绍给比特币。他们指导了如何开户他们通过电话向我提供了有关如何开户的所有说明。我做到了，当我要求出金时却不行。这简直是垃圾，我有截图证明我没有在我的账户上进行任何交易。当我给他看我买了比特币时，我儿子试图提取资金，他说这是一个骗局。请协助我取回资金。我希望对此进行调查。

Good day sir/madam, I was called to open up a LUNO account and said I would be introduced to Bitcoin. They directed how to open up an account they gave me all the instructions over the phone on how to open up the account. I did and when I asked to withdraw I couldn’t. This is plain rubbish I have the screenshots to prove I did not make any transactions on my account. When my son tried to withdraw the funds when I showed him I bought Bitcoin he said it is a scam . Please assist me in getting back the funds. I would like this to be investigated.
