Kucoin 出现了故障，我填了表格，但超过 14 个工作日还没有回复，我希望他们能信守诺言，对KuCoin 印象不错，不想换平台。

Kucoin crashed... This is the result😢. I filled in the form, but it has been 14+ business days without a word from KuCoin. I pray that they will honor their word, I love KuCoin and would hate to take my business elsewhere.
