XRP has slowed notably from its recent price rally, but momentum across its ETF market still remains strong as new capital continues to flood in.
Although the XRP ETFs have remained consistent in drawing new inflows since they launched late last year, participation in the funds reduced substantially as they continued to see extremely low and zero inflows on most trading days before the recent price breakout.
Nonetheless, the latest data from SosoValue shows that the XRP ETF market has witnessed a significant turnaround, with large amounts of fresh capital now pouring in.
XRP ETFs reclaim 2025 highs
The XRP ETF market has seen a substantial shift in its daily inflows after it grew from zero inflow on August 14 to a massive inflow of over $28 million on August 26, barely a period of two weeks.
While this positive shift has come after several months of extreme volatility and traders taking caution, the recent price breakout has triggered a major recovery across the XRP ETF market.
Notably, data shows that the XRP funds have collectively registered a massive inflow of $110.49 million over the last week, marking the highest weekly inflow recorded so far this year.
This suggests that the demand for the XRP investment product has returned to levels seen when it first launched late last year, marking a major recovery in the ETF market.
XRP drops below $1.37
Although momentum still remains high in the XRP ETF market, the asset has stalled in its recent price rally, shifting back into the red.
Despite the massive influx of fresh capital from institutional investors last week, XRP is showing a modest price decline of around 1% over the last day, now trading at $1.37, down from the $1.60 high it reached last week.
Market participants are hopeful that sustained momentum in the ETF market will trigger a resumption of the XRP price rally soon.
