The grounds for the resignation of FTX US's former president have been made public. He said that the corporation was damaged by the unskilled management.

Cause for Brett Harrison's Departure from SBF
On January 14, Brett Harrison made the decision to come clean about his encounters with Sam Bankman-Fried while working at FTX US. In a Twitter thread, he described the tragic circumstances that caused him to quit his dream job.
He asserts that conflicts over FTX's management techniques with Sam Bankman-Fried and his staff were the cause of his resignation. He declared:
“The truth was that FTX US hadnt felt to me like the dream job it appeared to the industry and media for some time, and my departure was not abrupt.”
Harrison noted their former joint employment at Jane Street. He first completed this project from SBF and had a “wonderful” experience during his initial several months at FTX US, but then later in March 2021 he was given an invitation from SBF that required him to join FTX US.
Harrison, however, claimed that due to the frequent disregard for the education and experience of staff, working at FTX US was highly stressful for everybody.
Brett claimed that the reason he departed was because he was the target of media charges. He went on to allege that Sam had threatened to end his career and get him fired from his work.
In view of this, Harrison claimed that his exclusion from SBF's strategic decision-making communications was a result of his growing discontent with the company. According to reports, he submitted a formal written complaint in April 2022 and stated that he intended to quit if the problems he outlined were not resolved.
After ending his affiliation with the company, Brett was anxious to get to work. But as time went on, he began to see how the effectiveness of the organization was continuously undermined by avarice and dishonesty. It was one of the primary considerations in his decision to quit the company, he claimed.
