SHIB futures flow falls 306% as traders pull back

SHIB futures netflow plunged 306% as outflows exceeded inflows, according to CoinGlass derivatives data.CoinGlass data shows SHIB futures netflow dropped 306%, with outflows exceeding inflows as derivatives traders reduced exposure to the meme token.Open interest in SHIB futures stands at $61.2 million, while approximately $42,485 in SHIB positions were liquidated in the latest 24-hour session.SHIB was trading near $0.00000575 at time of writing, down approximately 54% over the past 12 months and 3.7% over the past week. CoinGlass tracked SHIB futures netflow dropping 306%, with the total value of SHIB leaving derivatives exchange wallets outpacing inflows. The metric tracks movement of tokens in and out of derivatives platform wallets and is used as an indicator of how traders are positioning in the perpetual futures market. The 306% negative netflow signals that derivatives traders are actively reducing exposure rather than opening new leveraged positions. Open interest stands at $61.2 million, with $42,485 in SHIB futures positions liquidated in the latest 24-hour session. What the derivatives data tells us about SHIB trader sentiment Negative futures netflow does not necessarily indicate an impending price crash, but it does reflect a reduction in the number of traders willing to hold derivative exposure to SHIB at current prices. Unsustainable Bond Yields Will Lead to Hyperbitcoinization: Analyst

Rising government bond yields signal a coming “structural” shift that will create a Bitcoin “supercycle” of rising prices, as investors flee debasing assets for one that cannot be inflated, according to Shang Wu, a senior research analyst at crypto exchange BitMEX. The yield on the 30-year US Treasury broke past 5.14% on Tuesday, while the Bank of Japans 10-year government bond yield touched 2.8%, Wu said. These yields are unsustainable in the long-term and will force governments to choose between debasing their currencies and a “sovereign debt collapse,” Wu said. “Central banks are backed into a corner. They must choose between a sovereign debt collapse and debasing their currencies,” Wu said. According to the analyst: “For Bitcoin, the upcoming volatility will be chaotic in the short term, but it serves as the ultimate structural tailwind for a long-term supercycle.” The analysis comes as the US national debt crosses $39 trillion, and growing geopolitical tensions threaten to boost government spending, while the ongoing war in Iran causes a surge in energy prices and a corresponding inflationary spike. Rate hike wont solve problem, it will simply bankrupt the government Central banks typically use higher yields to tamp down inflation by restricting access to credit; when borrowing costs are high,

XAU/USD Daily Analysis Shows Gold Buyers Defending $4,540 Support

Gold is consolidating on the daily chart after a recent sell-off in the area of a potential range bottom. Gold has rallied off the selling pressure seen in recent trading and is now approaching a decision zone on the daily time frame. The XAU/USD remains above short-term support, but any potential buyers have to break the upper boundary of the near resistance in order to validate stronger momentum. The overall short-term picture is mixed, though. Investors are keen to see if gold will be able to break above $4,590, or if it will fail to find buying pressure and resume corrections below the $4,540–$4,550 support range. Gold Holds Above Key Support XAU/USD is consolidating in the lower area of the support zone following the defense by the buyers. Cali XAUUSD noted that the price of gold is not near resistance in the $4,590 area and thus the $4,540–$4,550 zone is critical. That zone of support has formed the latest short-term structure. So long as gold is above $4,540, however, buyers have still got some breathing room to go for an additional rebound. A bounceback of $4,580 and $4,590 would make the recovery setup better, and $4,600 should be in sight. The X chart also indicates that

Sei’s EVM-Only Pivot: High Stakes for SEI

Liquidity and users: where volumes could shift Liquidity follows familiarity and incentives. An EVM-only Sei could integrate easily with EVM bridges, route order flow via common interfaces, and attract market makers who already run on Ethereum L2s. But volumes from Cosmos-specific venues might taper if the on-ramp becomes clunkier. How liquidity typically migratesBridges and wrappers list SEI and key assets on EVM rails.DEXs and perp venues launch with incentives that offset switching costs.Market makers deploy standardized EVM bots and risk models.Wallet UX converges on MetaMask and major EVM wallets.IBC-dependent flows either adapt (if IBC stays) or decay (if not). If Sei keeps IBC, cross-ecosystem routing can remain a differentiator—especially for assets native to Cosmos. If IBC is deemphasized, Sei must fully outcompete L2s on execution and incentives to win sticky liquidity.Governance, validators, and infra Upgrades that change the execution stack ripple through validators, indexers, explorers, and custody providers. Expect several moving parts:Node operators may need hardware, config, and snapshot changes as the EVM runtime becomes dominant.Indexers and data pipelines must update schemas and ETL to support EVM traces, logs, and standard event patterns.Explorers and custody: support for EVM-style addresses and signing flows can streamline institutional integration, but deprecating Cosmos-only features could break legacy tooling.Governance:

AI Agents Settle $73M via Stablecoins, USDC Dominates

The rise of AI agents in commerce is no longer theoretical. Over the past year, AI-powered agents settled $73 million across 176 million transactions using stablecoins, according to a May 24 report by crypto investment firm Keyrock. These agents are autonomous software systems capable of performing tasks like executing payments, negotiating terms, and interacting with APIs—often with minimal human oversight. Circle‘s USDC emerged as the dominant settlement currency, accounting for more than 98% of these transactions. While this highlights USDC’s efficiency for micropayments, Keyrocks Ben Harvey warns of systemic risks tied to reliance on a single stablecoin issuer. “If Circle faces regulatory challenges or downtime, the agent economy has no fallback,” Harvey noted in the report. Why Stablecoins Are Winning AI agents have rapidly adopted stablecoins as their default settlement layer, primarily due to the inefficiency of traditional payment systems for high-volume, low-value transactions. The Keyrock report found the average transaction size was just $0.31. With legacy payment networks like Visa imposing fixed fees near $0.30 per transaction, sub-dollar payments become uneconomical. Stablecoins solve this problem by enabling near-instant, low-cost transfers without intermediaries. “Stablecoins won the settlement layer for machine commerce almost by default,” Harvey said. The programmable nature of blockchain payments also allows

Zcash privacy tested as Arkham tracks 53% of ZEC

Zcash privacy claims faced a direct challenge after Arkham Intelligence linked 53% of ZEC transactions to identified entities.Arkham Intelligence labeled over 53% of all Zcash transactions and linked $420 billion in ZEC volume to identifiable individuals and institutions. The tracking covers 48% of all transaction inputs and outputs and 37% of total ZEC balances, approximately $2.5 billion, per Arkhams published research.Zcash founder Zooko Wilcox clarified that fully shielded-to-shielded transactions remain cryptographically protected and that Arkham cannot access the shielded pool. Blockchain analytics firm Arkham Intelligence published research revealing it had labeled more than 53% of all Zcash transactions, attributing approximately $420 billion in ZEC volume to identifiable individuals and institutions. The research, published in December 2025, triggered immediate debate about the true extent of Zcashs opt-in privacy model. Arkham‘s tracking covers 48% of all transaction inputs and outputs and links 37% of total ZEC balances, approximately $2.5 billion, to named entities. The firm did not crack Zcash’s cryptography. It combined entity clustering, exchange data, known government seizures, and transparent address analysis to attribute activity to real-world actors. How to Track ZCash Transactions Zcash is a privacy-focused cryptocurrency built on Bitcoins codebase, using zk-SNARKs to hide transaction data on-chain. The critical distinction is between transparent and shielded

Solana Price Prediction: Breakout Above $98 Could Open SOL Rally Towards $145

Solana price turns cautious as SOL trades near $85, with liquidity around $86–$88, downside risk near $80, and breakout targets towards $98–$146. Solana price is once again sitting at a decisive short-term area as traders watch whether the latest bounce can turn into a stronger recovery. According to Brave New Coin data, Solana is trading near $85.82, with a market cap of around $49.65 billion and 24-hour volume near $2.52 billion. The price action remains mixed. SOL has recovered from the lower intraday region near $83.91, but it is still struggling to build a clear continuation above the $86–$88 zone. Solana Price Holds Near a Key Liquidity Zone The current Solana price setup is centered around the $86–$88 area. This region is important because liquidity appears to be building there, and the price is already trading close to it. If SOL sweeps this zone first, it could create a short-term upside move before the market decides whether to continue or reverse. Ted Pillows pointed out that Solana has a decent liquidity cluster around $86–$88, while downside long-side liquidity is also building near the $80 region. That creates a two-way setup where price may first target nearby upside liquidity before any deeper correction attempt. This is why
