Wall Street Analysts Bullish On Bitcoin, Reveal 3 Major Catalysts For Further BTC Price Rally

요약:Wall Street analysts at Zaye Capital Markets cite three catalysts that could extend Bitcoin‘s rally. First, stronger institutional demand: about $1.92 billion has flowed into U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs since August 17, offering genuine buying support rather than short-covering. Second, regulatory progress, especially the CLARITY Act, could simplify rules and reduce uncertainty, encouraging skeptical investors. Third, U.S. Treasury market conditions matter: higher yields strengthen the dollar and pressure alternatives, but rising debt and inflation fears could boost Bitcoin’s appeal as a store of value. BTC rose 2.1% to $79,420 after briefly trading above $80,000, its first time in three months. Analysts caution that rallies driven mainly by short sellers closing positions may prove short-lived.

Bitcoin is making a comeback and Wall Street analysts are citing three factors that could push it up and make its next move. BTC is getting a lot of buzz, not only as an investment with high risk but also as a possible countermeasure against the general uncertainty of the economy.

The updated forecast was shared by Zaye Capital Markets. The study firm pointed out that Bitcoins market behaviour is becoming more complex. BTC can still move with risk assets such as equities. However, it can also be a positive influence when inflation fears and government debt and geopolitical uncertainty prevail.

Bitcoin climbed 2.1% to $79,420 at press time. Earlier in the day, the BTC price had been trading above $80,000 before, for the first time in three months.

Institutional Demand Soars For Bitcoin

The first major catalyst for Bitcoin price rally is stronger institutional participation. More upside is required of genuine buying demand, Zaye Capital Markets said. A surge that is largely fueled by short sellers closing trades could be short-lived, they stated.

Recently, around $1.92 billion in combined net inflows have poured into U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs since August 17. The first day, on August 17, the funds raised $297.5 million; the second day, on August 18, they pulled in $189.3 million. On 19 August, the inflows surged to $517.2 million, followed by another increase to $606.3 million on 20 August. Another $307.5 million flowed into the funds on Aug. 21. There was no ETF trading on August 22 and 23.

However, fresh inflows into the institutions can offer better support. Bitcoin ETFs have paved a regulated path for traditional investors to enter the BTC market. Allocations from big financial players then could be a key price driver.

Regulatory Progress In The Crypto Space

The second catalyst is regulatory developments, particularly the CLARITY Act. A higher level of understanding may help financial institutions get into the crypto market.

Simplifying the rules could also eliminate some of the uncertainty surrounding investment products linked to Bitcoin. This may help to boost more investments from other investors who are still skeptical due to regulatory risks.

Treasury Market Conditions

The third catalyst is the U.S. Treasury market. Zaye Capital Markets noted that the T-Bond market is becoming increasingly important for Bitcoin.

The greater the yield, the stronger the dollar will be and the more it will burden alternative investments. However, worries about government debt and fiscal sustainability may lead to more demand for assets perceived as stores of value.

The appeal might be further enhanced if inflation and debt fears grow, and Bitcoins fixed supply persists. Therefore, its reaction to the Treasury-market may have a bigger influence on how the BTC rally will move.
