BlackRock met with them yesterday, marking the third time in recent weeks. Grayscale, Franklin Templeton, and Fidelity each had meetings last week. Both the SEC's Division of Trading and Markets and the Division of Corporation Finance attended these meetings. These two divisions will ultimately decide whether the 19b-4 and S-1 applications are approved or denied.
