Ethereum Now Deflationary for 2 Months Straight

Ethereum　　Ethereum Now Deflationary for 2 Months Straight　　29 segundo ang nakalipas　　Balita ng Ethereum ng Bitcoin　　Ethereum has been deflationary for two months straight due to a surge in on-chain activity on protocols such as Uniswap and Blur.　　The network pushed an upgrade (EIP-1559) in August 2021 that meant transaction fees would be burned instead of directed to the network‘s miners — a precursor to Ethereum’s switch to proof-of-stake last September.　　EIP-1559 meant Ethereum would at times produce deflationary blocks (more ETH burned than distributed). But the asset has now been solidly deflationary every day since late January, per network tracker ultrasound.money.　　Prior to that, Ethereum had briefly entered deflationary status in November 2022, about two months after Ethereums Merge cut issuance by more than 90%, before slipping back to inflationary by December.　　Research analysts at Compass Point Research and Trading said in a research report earlier this month that the increase in burned ETH has largely been driven by increased Uniswap usage in response to centralized exchange uncertainty, as well as continued usage of the Blur NFT marketplace.　　Uniswap tops the ETH burned leaderboard in the past 30 days, with roughly 8,766 ETH ($16 million) burned in that span. NFT marketplace and aggregator Blur has burned about

With over $126 million liquidated in the past 24 hours, Bitcoin’s volatility is expected to increase before and after the FOMC statement. The Bitcoin market continues to enjoy a bullish sentiment fueled by the increased fear of a global banking crisis.　　The pressure on Jerome Powell to save the banking industry and reduce the dollar inflation to 2 percent has fueled the recent Bitcoin pump. Moreover, Bitcoin has annual inflation of less than 2 percent, and next years halving event will reduce the figure much lower. As such, institutional investors and retail traders have gained confidence in stashing more Bitcoins to flee the inflationary fiat market.　　Furthermore, Bitcoin price has rallied over 70 percent YTD while the United States Dollar DXY index and the DOW Jones are down 0.41 and 2.69 percent, respectively, in the same timeline.　　Closer Look at Cash Flow into Bitcoin And Altcoin Market　　A recent report by CoinShares has, however, indicated a rather intriguing phenomenon. Credit Suisse failure follows years of scandal and mistrust—with an Ohio mattress company playing a role

Credit Suisse Group AG, once one of the stalwarts of the global financial system, is no more.　　 New York Community Bank to buy failed Signature Bank

NEW YORK (AP) — New York Community Bank has agreed to buy a significant chunk of the failed Signature Bank in a $2.7 billion deal, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. said late Sunday.　　The 40 branches of Signature Bank will become Flagstar Bank, starting Monday. Flagstar is one of New York Community Bank‘s subsidiaries. The deal will include the purchase of $38.4 billion in Signature Bank’s assets, a little more than a third of Signatures total when the bank failed a week ago.　　The FDIC said $60 billion in Signature Banks loans will remain in receivership and are expected to be sold off in time.　　Signature Bank was the second bank to fail in this banking crisis, roughly 48 hours after the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank. Signature, based in New York, was a large commercial lender in the tristate area, but had in recent years gotten into cryptocurrencies as a potential growth business.　　After Silicon Valley Bank failed, depositors became nervous about Signature Banks health due to its high amount of uninsured deposits as well as its exposure to crypto and other tech-focused lending. By the time it was closed by regulators, Signature was the third largest bank failure in U.S. history.　　The FDIC
