[//]:content-type-MARKDOWN-DONOT-DELETE On 26th March 2023, Gate Charity, the global non-profit philanthropic organization of Gate Group, announced the successful donation of funds raised from the sale of charity NFTs to support children's education at Manav Mandir Gurukul, a school in New Delhi, India. The initiative was carried out in collaboration with Gate NFT, leveraging blockchain technology to empower disadvantaged children in India. ![] Previously, on 31st December 2022, Gate Charity launched the 2023 Gate Charity New Year NFT, which featured a collection of 48 unique art pieces hand drawn by children from Manav Mandir Gurukul. Gate NFT minted 1,000 NFTs of these art pieces and made them available for Gate.io users to purchase at a $5 USDT cost, with all profits going directly towards supporting the education and physical health of these children. Through this initiative, a total of 625 USDT was raised. On 18th March 2023, the Gate.io India Team visited Manav Mandir Gurukul in New Delhi and distributed school bags, stationery items, water bottles, badminton rackets, and shuttlecocks for the student's overall mental and physical development. ## About Manav Mandir Gurukul Manav Mandir Gurukul is an institution dedicated to the idea of Sadhana and Seva .
