To help investors know more about the local exchanges, the survey team will go to Japan for on-site visits.

On-site visit

This time the survey team visited the cryptocurrency exchange Rakuten Wallet in Japan, with specific address at Rakuten Crimson House Aoyama, 2-6-21, Minami Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan.

The survey team came to the destination of this survey visit, Rakuten Crimson House Aoyamain Tokyo, Japan. The building looks quite modern in appearance, and the logo of Rakuten can be seen at the entrance of building.  

Entering the building, the team clearly saw the logo of Rakuten. However, they finally failed to enter the exchange’ s office for on-site visit.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Tokyo, Japan to visit the cryptocurrency exchange Rakuten Wallet, and found the exchange’s physical business premise at the public business address. However, the survey team failed to enter the office for a visit, so the exact business scale and operation status of the exchange remained unknown. Please be prudent when trading with this exchange.
