Reason for this visit

Japan is one of the largest cryptocurrency markets in the world, and it was one of the first countries to regulate the cryptocurrency market. There are many cryptocurrency exchanges in Japan, and to help investors know more about those exchanges, the survey team will go to Japan for on-site visits.

On-site visit

This time the survey team visited the cryptocurrency exchange TaoTao in Tokyo, Japan, with specific address at 5/F, No. 2 Building, 5-1-9 Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

The survey team came to the destination of this survey, an office building in Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan, which is conveniently located near the subway station Shinbashi.

The name of the cryptocurrency exchange TaoTao can be seen on the floor directory in the building.

To further confirm whether the cryptocurrency exchange TaoTao is based in this building, the survey team went to the 5th floor, where the name of the exchange was also clearly visible on the signboard on the 5th floor.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Tokyo, Japan to visit the cryptocurrency exchange TaoTao, and found the exchange’s logo and company name at the official business address shown, which means the  exchange truly has a business premise there. That is all for this session of Field Survey.
